The Case of Vesna v. Morana – Annulment of the Cursed Contract for Fundamental Breach (Non-Payment)

- The messages exchanged with Baba Yaga and Svarog would be presented as living proof of bad faith. The secret use of Svarog’s name by Baba Yaga would be exposed as deliberate misrepresentation — clear evidence that even the neighbors had operated within a web of deception while Vesna was being devoured by her own blood.
