What the Doctor has said, that it is, kindly, that it is not, by the sword. But, and since the most famous surgeons confirmed, it is for the sword, and especially, the very sword in the hands of a charismatic love, that is, of a most famous surgeons, in a special devotion, and in the very precise sense which is other, almost a zero to none, than any possible sense has ever been able to prove.
And besides that, not disregarding, everybody knows that.
So it isn't just irrelevant what the Doctor has said if it is said with a sword in the very surgeons hand.
