But sorry to hear about it. Dogs ate good for what they do - animals. But for such owners I'd propose a high degree imprisonment. Dogs carry their instinctual character. Prison and psychological reeducation at least, minimum 3 months..

Uros W Stern viscous dogs are usually created by vicious people. Dogs that attack people or other dogs should be dealt with immediately. I was attacked by a dog on a beach in Moruya for telling it to go away from my bait bucket. It was large bull terrier cross and should have been put down. It is a danger to the community especially children.
