Only Those Children

In my belief only those children under the age of 9 who are able to perform a clean-cut brain surgery on a severely damaged and bleeding patient, without any preparation and under a strict emergency act, are able to receive any experimental vaccination. Count on those children as they will be sent to rescue you from another planet. Nothing is gonna' change my word.
